As the first impression of the home, the entryway and stairwell at Kenneth Street called for more than just a fresh coat of paint it needed warmth, flow, and a sense of welcome. We embraced a crisp, white-on-white palette using Dulux Lexicon Quarter on the walls and Vivid White for the trim and skirting. This subtle contrast adds clarity without harshness, allowing the architectural lines to shine through with quiet sophistication.

This home was designed with purpose: the top floor opens to breathtaking ocean views, while the lower level prioritizes privacy from nearby foot traffic.The client’s vision for a crisp, all-white finish demanded meticulous preparation and precise brushwork, resulting in a flawless, high-quality finish.

Every space inside and out was treated as one harmonious canvas. With consistency in materials, colours, and detailing, we aimed to blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, allowing nature to flow into the home. Our approach prioritised craftsmanship over speed, with a deep focus on precision, texture, and the interplay of light.
