MasterBedroom

Ceilings are finished in Resene Ceiling Paint ‘Triple Black White 30%’, walls in Resene Zylone Sheen ‘Triple Black White’, and trim in Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’.
To achieve perfectly crisp lines, the architraves were painted before the walls, allowing for a cleaner and more refined edge. The rich wall colour brings a sense of warmth and intimacy to the room. Every detail, from the smooth transition at the cornice to the even sheen on the trim, reflects the skill and care invested by experienced tradespeople — delivering a finish that feels both luxurious and welcoming.

Living Room

The ceiling was painted with Resene Ceiling Paint in ‘Triple Black White 30%’ and finished before any light fixtures were installed, resulting in a cleaner, more refined look. The walls feature Resene Zylone Sheen in ‘Triple Black White’, while all trim, including skirting and window frames, is coated in Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’. By using a single colour across all the trim, the space feels cohesive and balanced—subtle details that quietly elevate the overall interior.

All trim—including skirting and window frames—uses Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’. In any painting project, more than 80% of the final result comes down to preparation; it’s not just about applying paint, but about carefully crafting the perfect surface. In this space, the meeting of modern style and classical charm creates an elegant, balanced atmosphere that feels both timeless and inviting.

The ceiling is finished in Resene Ceiling Paint ‘Rice Cake 30%’, while the walls are coated in Resene Zylone Sheen ‘Rice Cake’. All trim is painted with Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’. The level of detail required on this project made it clear that only an experienced professional could achieve the accuracy and finish needed. Working in a space where every light fitting and piece of furniture had been so thoughtfully selected added both pressure and inspiration—driving us to ensure that every detail would be just right.

The ceiling is finished in Resene Ceiling Paint ‘Rice Cake 30%’, with the walls painted in Resene Zylone Sheen ‘Rice Cake’. Trim details are completed with Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’. For a truly perfect result, we carefully disassembled the sliding doors to access and paint the overlapping sections—then reassembled them, ensuring a seamless finish even in the hidden parts. By using the same trim colour for both interior and exterior, we achieved a quiet sense of harmony throughout the space, with no harsh transitions—just a smooth and unified flow from room to room.

Study Room

The ceiling is painted in Resene Ceiling Paint ‘Black White 30%’, the walls in Resene Zylone Sheen ‘Black White’, and all trim finished with Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’. To ensure the finest result, the bookshelves were completed by a specialist who understands that true craftsmanship lies in precision and attention to detail. In this study, the gentle balance of wall color and lighting creates a peaceful atmosphere—ideal for both relaxation and focus.

Kitchen

The ceiling is finished with Resene Ceiling Paint ‘Rice Cake 30%’, while the walls are painted in Resene Zylone Sheen ‘Rice Cake’, and the trim is in Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’. With Italian-made kitchen appliances setting the tone, every element of the painting work had to meet the highest standards.
A tray ceiling was carefully constructed to gently separate the living and kitchen areas—an extra effort that pays off by giving the space a refined, harmonious feel.

Home Theater

The ceiling is finished in Resene Ceiling Paint ‘Half Black White 30%’, the walls in Resene Zylone Sheen ‘Half Black White’, and all trim in Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’. The feature wall, painted in Porter’s Duchess Satin ‘Triple Grey Pepper’, was meticulously finished by brush—handled only by a professional who understands the paint’s unique texture and character.
To create a gentle sense of unity, the ceiling was tinted to 30% of the wall colour, resulting in a soft, seamless transition that ties the entire room together without harsh contrast. The end result is a cinema space that feels both luxurious and welcoming, perfect for relaxing movie nights with family and friends.

Reception

The ceiling is painted with Resene Ceiling Paint ‘Rice Cake 30%’, the walls with Resene Zylone Sheen ‘Rice Cake’, and the trim in Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’.
Because of the dark walnut finish on the timber floors, we paid extra attention to masking and protecting all surrounding surfaces to maintain the rich depth and sheen of the floor. The thoughtfully chosen paint tones work beautifully with the refined furnishings, adding to the sophisticated, stylish feel that flows throughout the home.

Entry

The ceiling is finished with Resene Ceiling Paint ‘Rice Cake 30%’, the walls are coated in Resene Zylone Sheen ‘Rice Cake’, and all trim is done in Resene Lustacryl Semi Gloss Enamel ‘Alabaster’.
Achieving a flawless black-and-white finish like this demands the steady hand and eye of an experienced professional. After all, the very first point of entry is where a home’s sense of comfort and beauty truly begins—and that’s why every detail here matters so much.

Pavilion

The eaves are finished in Porter’s Low Sheen Acrylic ‘Wood Smoke’, while the columns and trim are painted with Porter’s Aqua Satin Enamel ‘Lambswool’.
For all elevated or high-risk work, we used scaffolding to guarantee stability and comply with safety standards. Creating the timber-lined outdoor ceiling took real time and care, but seeing the client’s satisfaction at the end of the project made every bit of effort worthwhile. This pavilion is now a welcoming retreat where the boundary between indoors and out feels beautifully seamless.

Entertainment Terrace

The eaves are painted in Porter’s Low Sheen Acrylic ‘Wood Smoke’, and the main wall is finished with Porter’s Paint Stone Paint Fine ‘Triple Grey Pepper’. The BBQ wall uses Resene Lumbersider Waterborne Low Sheen ‘1/2 Biscotti’, while the rusted steel beams are preserved with Porter’s Clear Coat.
On this project, it was crucial that no paint touch the stone or steel — so we took extra care with precise masking and protection. By leaving the timber and steel elements raw and exposed, they interact beautifully with the refined, painted surfaces. The end result is a space that strikes a perfect balance: the natural textures of wood and metal play gently against the subtle warmth of the painted walls, creating a terrace that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.

The eaves are finished in Porter’s Low Sheen Acrylic ‘Wood Smoke’, while the walls are painted in Porter’s Paint Stone Paint Fine ‘Triple Grey Pepper’. All trims are done in Porter’s Aqua Satin Enamel ‘Lambswool’, and the exposed rusted beams are protected with Porter’s Clear Coat.
The junction where the eaves meet the wall isn’t always perfectly straight, but it’s the painter’s job to create crisp, even lines that add a sense of order and precision to the finish. As the sun sets, the combination of paint colours and gentle lighting brings a quiet beauty to the space, turning the terrace into a tranquil retreat.

Eaves are painted with Porter’s Low Sheen Acrylic ‘Wood Smoke’, walls in Porter’s Paint Stone Paint Fine ‘Triple Grey Pepper’, and trims in Porter’s Aqua Satin Enamel ‘Lambswool’. The rusted steel beams were intentionally preserved and protected with Porter’s clear coat, forming a weatherproof barrier that halts further corrosion—even beside the pool.
A thoughtful shift in wall colour marks the transition from the main house to the entertainment area, subtly defining each zone without the need for hard boundaries. The result is a visually connected, harmonious space where finishes complement both the natural landscape and the architecture.

Courtyard

The eaves are finished in Porter’s Low Sheen Acrylic ‘Wood Smoke’, with walls in Porter’s Paint Stone Paint Fine ‘Triple Grey Pepper’. Trim is painted in Porter’s Aqua Satin Enamel ‘Lambswool’, while all exposed timber is coated with Intergram Exterior Ultraclear Satin to preserve the natural grain and water marks.
Every detail was handled with care—allowing the natural timber patterns to shine through and add warmth and authenticity to the courtyard. Even with more than five different colours in the palette, the space never feels busy. Each colour has been thoughtfully selected and balanced, creating a harmonious atmosphere where all elements come together naturally.

Trim is highlighted with Porter’s Aqua Satin Enamel ‘Lambswool’, and all exposed timber is protected with Intergram Exterior Ultraclear Satin to celebrate the wood’s authentic grain. The fireplace, coated in White Knight Pot Belly Black High Temp Heat Resistant Paint, adds a bold focal point to the space.
Painting this area required special attention: the eaves between the timber beams made access tricky, demanding both patience and precision for a seamless result. Ultimately, the painted surfaces blend naturally with the exposed timber, achieving a look that’s warm, balanced, and quietly refined—an inviting extension of the home that feels as natural as it does sophisticated.

Exterior

Eaves are finished with Porter’s Low Sheen Acrylic ‘Wood Smoke’, walls in Porter’s Paint Stone Paint Fine ‘Triple Grey Pepper’, and trims in Porter’s Aqua Satin Enamel ‘Lambswool’.
Special care was taken to ensure that paint never touched the natural stone or metal screens, using detailed masking and controlled application. The careful meeting of painted surfaces, warm stone, and copper downpipes creates a sophisticated harmony of textures and tones—bringing understated elegance and depth to the home’s exterior.

Painting the French windows demanded real expertise  even a slight excess of paint can make them stick, so every application was done with precise control to keep them operating smoothly. Using several complementary tones, each area is visually distinguished while still allowing for a seamless and natural transition throughout the home’s exterior.
