• Cleaning: Remove dust, oil, laitance, old coatings or contaminants via grinding, shot-blasting, or acid etching.

• Moisture Check: Ensure concrete moisture content is below acceptable levels.

• Crack Repair: Fill cracks or joints with an epoxy filler before priming.

• Product: (e.g., Luxafloor® Primer)

• Purpose: Enhances adhesion between concrete and top coatings.

• Application: Roll evenly over surface; coverage approx.

          6–8 m²/L.

• Dry Time: Allow 4 hours before applying basecoat.

• Product: (e.g., Luxafloor® LGE)

• Properties:

• High-solids epoxy with excellent resistance to impact, abrasion, and chemical exposure

• Can be tinted to custom colors

• Application: Apply 1–2 coats using roller or squeegee.

• Dry Time: 4–6 hours between coats.

• Product: (e.g., Luxafloor® PTX)

• Features:

• UV-resistant polyurethane topcoat

• Glossy or matte finish

• Optional anti-slip aggregates for safety

• Application: Roller or airless spray.

• Dry Time: Walkable in 24 hours; full cure in 7 days.

• Safety Markings: Use high-contrast striping or color zoning for forklifts and walkways.

• Anti-Slip: Add aggregates to topcoat where safety is a concern.

• Temperature: Avoid application in temperatures under 10°C or above 35°C.
