Project Overview
From the very beginning, this project was guided by a strong design philosophy: to achieve a seamless, refined finish where paintwork not only protects, but elevates the architectural intent.
Every space inside and out was treated as one harmonious canvas. With consistency in materials, colours, and detailing, we aimed to blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, allowing nature to flow into the home. Our approach prioritised craftsmanship over speed, with a deep focus on precision, texture, and the interplay of light.

MasterBedroom
For this master bedroom, painting was completed before wallpaper installation to ensure a crisp, cohesive finish with minimal touch-ups. A sealer was first applied to plaster surfaces to prepare for the wallpaper. With planter boxes located on the top floor, our painting team took special care to address potential moisture and exposure, ensuring lasting quality and durability.
Bedroom .2
Inspired by our client’s wish for a tidy, stylish space, we finished the ceiling in Porter’s Almond White to brighten the room. The walls and wardrobe doors were painted in Porter’s ‘Rubble’ the walls in low-sheen acrylic and the timber doors by hand with aqua satin enamel, highlighting the natural texture and craftsmanship.Matching the wardrobe color to the wall discreetly hides the built-in desk, with only a subtle sheen difference hinting at what’s inside. This project combines functionality and elegance, bringing our client’s vision to life.

Bedroom .3
To reflect the daughter’s personality, we used Porter’s ‘Himalayan Salt’ in a low sheen acrylic for the walls and hand-painted the joinery doors in matching aqua satin enamel, creating a delicate and feminine palette throughout the space. The seamless transition from wall to floor without skirting adds a sense of flow and understated elegance. This thoughtful design clearly defines the room as a special space for a girl, combining gentle color with refined craftsmanship.
MasterBathroom
For this bathroom, we used Dulux Kitchen and Bath Low Sheen Paint in Porter’s ‘Almond White’ for the ceiling, with a shadow set finish and precise masking on tile edges. A three-coat system—one sealer and two coats of anti-mould paint—ensured lasting protection and a flawless result. Using the same color on both ceiling and soffit creates a continuous flow, so when the windows are open, the line between indoors and outdoors is beautifully blurred.

Bathroom
In this bathroom, we used Dulux Kitchen and Bath Low Sheen in Porter’s ‘Almond White’ for the walls and hand-painted the storage doors in matching Aqua Satin. The shadow set finish required precise masking at the junctions between paint and tile to achieve perfectly clean lines. The subtle Almond White hue goes beyond standard white, creating a harmonious flow between the ceiling and tile surfaces.

Kitchen
All kitchen cupboards were hand-painted by an experienced painter, using over a decade of expertise to create authentic, beautifully crafted brush strokes. A single color palette Porter's was applied across the ceiling, walls, and joinery in Almond White, resulting in a seamless sense of unity throughout the kitchen.

Bar
For this bar area, both the ceiling and walls were finished in Porter’s ‘Almond White’ ceiling flat and low sheen acrylic on the walls. Before painting, we carefully sealed all furniture with plastic to protect against dust and paint. Precise masking, followed by gap filling and immediate tape removal before drying, produced crisp, professional lines. Completing the paintwork before the carpet installation ensured clean edges and a polished final look.
BarLift
A flawless, cohesive finish was achieved by ensuring consistent texture around the sliding door frames and meticulously painting the interior of the elevator for full, even coverage. The sharp contrast between dark aluminum, joinery, and the crisp white walls made precise, clean lines at every junction especially important throughout this space.

Living Room
With abundant natural light and large windows, every brush or roller mark could become visible especially on ceilings and upper walls. That’s why we used meticulous techniques to ensure flawless finishes and sharp, seamless transitions at every edge. Each partition and surface was precisely planned from the outset, and our careful painting matched this level of detail for a perfect result throughout the living space.

Every partition and edge was meticulously planned and painted, ensuring seamless transitions and a perfectly detailed result throughout the room.

Rumpus
Before painting, all light fittings were removed to ensure a flawless finish. Even less visible areas like beneath the TV cabinet received the same meticulous attention to detail. The lower ground floor was designed to feel inviting and cozy, with a calming palette and plush carpet creating a harmonious, comfortable space.

Dining Room
Precise masking was essential where the aluminum framing meets the ceiling and soffit, ensuring a flawless finish. By using the same color palette and floor tiles both inside and out, the fully opened bi-fold doors create a seamless transition beautifully blending the interior with the natural surroundings.

The use of matching color tones and floor tiles inside and out, along with fully opened bi-fold doors, creates a seamless connection—effortlessly blending the interior dining area with the lush outdoor landscape.

Pool
To protect the outdoor pool area, we applied a durable membrane paint designed to guard against moisture and weather damage. The exterior paint color was carefully selected to harmonize with the outdoor furniture, creating a cohesive and unified look for this relaxing outdoor retreat.

RearFacade
An 18mm roller was used to ensure even coverage on textured and rough surfaces. Given the home's coastal location and exposure to salt and movement, we applied Dulux Acratex Elastomeric 968 to minimize cracking and enhance durability. This project exemplifies the seamless integration of high-quality painted surfaces with factory-made finishes, creating a clean, modern aesthetic. The minimalist design balances craftsmanship and precision, perfectly suited for contemporary homes.

TopDeck
Because of the rough surface texture, thorough masking of all adjacent walls and floors was performed to prevent roller splatter and ensure a clean finish. A harmonious contrast was created by pairing pure white elements—such as the soffit and bath—with black-and-white mixed tiles, giving the space a timeless monochrome appeal.

OutdoorSeating
To ensure a long-lasting finish on the garden wall, we used membrane paint—ideal for outdoor surfaces exposed to the elements. The result is a space where nature and craftsmanship coexist in perfect harmony.
Garage
For this garage, we used Porter’s Low Sheen Acrylic ‘Almond White’ on the walls and Aqua Satin Enamel ‘Almond White’ for the woodwork, applying a three-coat system (one sealer, two coats by roller and brush). Careful surface prep, sanding, gap filling, and precise masking ensured clean, crisp edges. The result transforms a dated space into a bright, modern garage. The consistent color palette inside and out creates unity, while the exposed concrete ceiling blends raw texture with soft painted finishes for a contemporary, cohesive look.
