Roof Coating

Cleaning: Remove dirt, old coatings, algae, and loose materials using pressure washing or stiff brushing.

Rust & Crack Treatment: For metal roofs, remove rust and treat with rust inhibitors. Seal cracks on concrete or tile surfaces.

Drying: Ensure the roof is completely dry before coating.

Purpose: Enhances adhesion of topcoats and seals porous surfaces.

Method: Apply with brush, roller, or airless sprayer.

Drying Time: 2–4 hours depending on weather conditions.
