A fresh start, ready for its next chapter.” This unit, previously lived in by the owner& son, was prepared for sale with a light round of repairs and a full interior repaint. With simple yet effective touches, the space has been refreshed and made ready to welcome its new owners a clean canvas for new memories

MasterBedroom
In the master bedroom, the ceiling was finished with Dulux Fastfinish Ceiling and Undercoat, while the walls were painted in Dulux Wash and Wear Low Sheen ‘Natural White’. The skirting boards, picture rails, windows, doors, and frames were all coated with Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Natural White’. Before painting, all blinds were carefully removed, and once the work was completed, the glass surfaces were thoroughly cleaned to ensure a pristine finish. A sense of comfort was achieved by embracing natural tones and textures throughout the space.
Bedroom. 2
In this bedroom, the ceiling was painted with Dulux Fastfinish Ceiling and Undercoat, while the walls were finished in Dulux Wash and Wear Low Sheen ‘Natural White’. The skirting boards, picture rails, windows, doors, and frames were coated with Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Natural White’. Heritage-style homes often require extensive brushwork, making the skills of an experienced painter essential. The warm white lighting gently complements the carefully chosen wall colour, filling the room with a calm and comfortable atmosphere.


Living room

The vintage charm of the old-fashioned fireplace pairs beautifully with the natural white tones, creating a cozy yet elegant focal point in the room.

In the dining room, the ceiling was finished with Dulux Fastfinish Ceiling and Undercoat, while the walls were coated in Dulux Wash and Wear Low Sheen ‘Natural White’. The skirting boards, picture rails, windows, doors, and frames were painted with Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Natural White’. High-quality drop sheets were used to fully protect the timber flooring during the painting process, ensuring no drips or spills could cause damage. There’s a quiet elegance when antique elements meet the perfect paint tones—this harmony brings both history and comfort into the room.


Kitchen
In the kitchen, the ceiling was painted with Dulux Kitchen and Bath Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’, while the walls were finished in Dulux Kitchen and Bath Low Sheen ‘Natural White’. The windows, doors, and frames were completed with Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Natural White’. Plastic coverings were used to protect all surfaces and prevent any risk of paint splatter during application. By aligning the wall colour with the kitchen cabinets, we achieved a calm and unified aesthetic that brings the whole room together effortlessly.
Bathroom
In the bathroom, the ceiling was finished with Dulux Kitchen and Bath Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’, while the windows were painted in Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Natural White’. Masking was carefully applied where the window meets the tiled surface to ensure a clean and crisp finish. The character of the old tiled surface pairs effortlessly with the natural white tones, creating a warm and timeless aesthetic.
