Surface Preparation

• Remove dust, grease, and any old flaking paint.

• Fill in cracks and holes with filler.

• Sand all surfaces for smoothness and better adhesion.

• Protect floors, furniture, and fittings with tape and drop sheets.

Primer Application 

• Use a quality primer suitable for plaster, wood, or drywall

         (e.g., Dulux 1Step® Prep).

• Apply evenly on all walls, ceilings, trims, and cabinetry surfaces.

• Allow to fully dry (usually 2–4 hours).

Paint Application (Base Coat)

• Choose durable, low-VOC paint

         (e.g., Dulux Wash&Wear® or similar).

• Use brushes for corners/trims, rollers for wide surfaces.

• Apply 1–2 coats for even coverage.

• Let dry between coats (usually 2 hours minimum).

Finishing Touches (Top Coat & Details)

• Apply final top coat to ensure smooth, vibrant finish.

• Repaint trims, doors, and cabinetry with semi-gloss or satin finish paints.

• Carefully peel off masking tape before paint dries completely.

Choose Finishes Wisely

• Matt finish: Ideal for living rooms and ceilings.

• Satin or semi-gloss: Great for high-traffic areas like kitchens and stairwells.

• Gloss: Best for trims, railings, and doors.
