Project Overview

As the home entered the market, we painted with care  knowing this was more than just a job. It was a space filled with memories, ready to welcome new ones. One chapter ends, and another begins

MasterBedroom

The master bedroom is finished with Dulux FastFinish Ceiling and Undercoat on the ceiling, and Dulux Wash&Wear Low Sheen in ‘Lexicon Quarter’ on the walls. Skirting boards and window frames are painted in Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss, also in ‘Lexicon Quarter’, creating a seamless and refined look. All blinds were carefully removed prior to painting and reinstalled only after the surfaces had fully dried, ensuring a flawless finish. A well-designed bedroom is ultimately defined by comfort, and this space offers warmth, calm, and a true sense of rest from the moment you walk in.

Skirting boards and window frames are completed in Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss, also in ‘Lexicon Quarter’, creating a clean and seamless look. The curved cornices were carefully hand-painted to achieve a smooth, brush-mark-free finish — a task that required patience, precision, and a steady hand. With the right approach, even the smallest details come together beautifully.

This bedroom features ceilings finished with Dulux FastFinish Ceiling and Undercoat, and walls painted in Dulux Wash&Wear Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’. Skirting boards and window frames were completed in Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss, also in ‘Lexicon Quarter’. Painting skirting boards in the same colour but with a different sheen required precise technique to keep the edges sharp and ensure a consistent gloss finish. In this project, simplicity guided the design — proving that sometimes, less is all a space truly needs.

This bedroom features ceilings finished with Dulux FastFinish Ceiling and Undercoat, walls painted in Dulux Wash&Wear Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’, and skirting boards and window frames completed in Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Lexicon Quarter’. Where coverage was required, we ensured it was thorough; where precision was needed, it was delivered with care. A small-scale renovation redefined the space, creating a more functional layout with a dedicated bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom — maximising usability while preserving a sense of openness and flow.

Skirting boards and window frames are completed in Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Lexicon Quarter’. Although the ceiling and walls share a similar tone, their differing sheen levels required precise cutting-in — as even the slightest overlap could disrupt the clean finish. Glass sliding doors blur the boundary between the living room and the deck, inviting light, air, and nature to flow seamlessly into the heart of the home.

All black light fittings were carefully masked to protect them during the painting process and to maintain a clean, professional result. Though minimal in design, this space exudes a calm and cosy atmosphere proving that simplicity can still feel like home.

Bathroom

The bathroom ceiling is finished with Dulux Wash&Wear Low Sheen Kitchen and Bath, providing a moisture-resistant, low-maintenance surface ideal for wet areas. High-performance, mould-resistant paints were applied to ensure long-term durability and easy cleaning in this high-humidity environment. Ventilated louvre windows enhance airflow while preserving privacy, while sliding doors not only save space but also bring in light and create a smart, stylish connection between areas.

In moisture-prone areas like this, every detail was carefully sealed and protected because true comfort begins with a healthy, well-maintained space.

he home office ceiling was finished with Dulux FastFinish Ceiling and Undercoat, while the walls were painted in Dulux Wash&Wear Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’. A feature wall in Dulux Wash&Wear Low Sheen ‘Breathless’ adds a striking yet soothing accent, complemented by skirting boards in Dulux AquaEnamel Semi Gloss ‘Lexicon Quarter’. With two contrasting colours meeting on the same wall, our precision painting skills were essential to achieve clean, crisp lines. The sky-blue tone, reminiscent of the nearby coastline, elevates the room’s charm, bringing a coastal calm that seamlessly blends the home into its natural surroundings.

The dining room ceiling was finished with Dulux FastFinish Ceiling and Undercoat, while the walls were painted in Dulux Wash&Wear Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’. Skirting boards and window frames were completed in Dulux AquaEnamel Semi Gloss ‘Lexicon Quarter’. To ensure a flawless result, all aluminium frames and tiled areas were carefully masked — precision was essential, as even the slightest overspray could compromise their clean architectural lines. Though compact in size, the abundance of windows allows natural light to pour in, giving the room an airy, expansive feel.

Balcony

The balcony fascia was painted in Dulux Weather Semi Gloss ‘Colorbond Monument’, while the walls and fencing were finished in Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’. The decking was completed with Carbot’s Timbercolour ‘Colorbond Monument’. Dark floors required the utmost precision every movement and every drop of paint was handled with care to protect the immaculate surface. By finishing the deck in a darker tone, the outdoor area was given a calming character, transforming it into a tranquil extension of the home.

Deck

The deck fascia was coated in Dulux Weather Semi Gloss ‘Colorbond Monument’, while the walls and fence were finished with Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’. The decking itself was completed using Carbot’s Timbercolour ‘Colorbond Monument’. All glass surfaces were carefully covered with protective plastic sheets to prevent any roller splatter or paint damage. Thoughtfully designed, this home feels seamlessly integrated into the landscape not imposed on nature, but embraced by it.

Front of house

For the front of the house, both interior and exterior painting were completed with care. The gutters, fascia, and garage door were finished in Dulux Weathershield Semi Gloss ‘Colorbond Monument’, while the eaves and walls were painted in Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’. The stark contrast between the dark tones and crisp white trims required precise workmanship to achieve clean, sharp lines throughout the project. By replacing the dated finishes with a modern white palette, the home has been revitalized, ready to welcome its next owners with a bright new beginning.
