Project Overview
The owner, now living overseas, decided it was time to say goodbye to this rental property. What was once a space for others to call home is now being beautifully prepared for its next chapter Lets start it

Masterbedroom
In this bedroom, the ceiling was painted with Dulux FastFinish Ceiling and Undercoat, while the walls were finished in Dulux Wash and Wear Low Sheen ‘Antique White USA’. The window frames and skirting boards were coated with Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Antique White USA’. To achieve a seamless transition, paintable acrylic silicone was applied at the junction between the built-in cabinetry and walls, preventing cracks and ensuring a smooth finish. The built-in cabinetry blends effortlessly with the walls thanks to their matching tones, creating a sense of unity and calm throughout the space.
Living room
In the living room, the ceiling was painted with Dulux Fast Finish Ceiling and Undercoat, while the walls were coated with Dulux Wash and Wear Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Half’.
The skirting boards were finished in Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Lexicon Quarter’. Due to severe mold buildup on both the ceiling and walls, we began with an intensive chemical cleaning treatment to ensure complete removal of biological growth and contaminants. A premium-grade stain-blocking primer was then applied to prevent any future discoloration or mold bleed-through. The project was completed with a durable, high-opacity topcoat, ensuring long-lasting protection and a professional finish consistent with industry best practices. Just one coat of paint can breathe new life into a tired space a simple change that makes the whole home feel fresh again.

Kitchen
In the kitchen, the ceiling was finished with Dulux Fast Finish Ceiling and Undercoat, while the walls were painted with Dulux Wash and Wear Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Half’. The skirting boards were coated in Dulux Aquaenamel Semi Gloss ‘Lexicon Quarter’.
The area above the kitchen cabinets was thoroughly cleaned and prepared, ensuring no dust or residue remained before or after painting. The old kitchen cabinets took on a whole new life with a fresh coat of paint — proof that a touch of care and the right colour can bring warmth and charm back to any space.
Balcony
On the balcony, the eaves were painted with Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’, while the walls were finished in Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen ‘Timeless Grey’. Regardless of the surface, a skilled painter must always deliver clean, precise lines with expert technique. It may be an old unit, but the view? Absolutely timeless. With an outlook this breathtaking, the years melt away leaving only the beauty of the moment.

Bathroom
In this bathroom, the walls were finished with Dulux Kitchen and Bathroom Low Sheen ‘Lexicon Quarter’. In professional painting, proper surface protection is the foundation. Effective masking ensures clean finishes, prevents over spray, and ultimately defines the quality of the final result. There’s something timeless about white in a bathroom clean, fresh, and always inviting. It doesn’t just brighten the space, it creates calm.
